Should have handled Domestic positions. Should be able to source resumes by headhunting, networks and portals
Have good selling skills to be able to sell the company and the position to the candidate Deep interest in interacting and probing candidates and a knack of understanding people Process oriented mindset.
Good in excel and maintain excel candidate tracking sheets good on follow-ups and follow through. Experience in scheduling interviews remotely between customer and candidates.Engineering degree is desirable but not a must.
