Legal professional with expertise in contract drafting & management. Managing Transactional Service Division
Legal, providing legal advice on the various deal transaction structures including identification of the agreements and legal documents based on the structure of the investment trading deal.
Directs activities concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products or services develops and negotiates contracts and purchase orders for goods and services.
Maintain the contract control database and monitor and report on contracting status racks all incoming scan request to ensure that all contracts are entered into the database.
Experience : 9 – 10 Years
