– Making International as well as domestic Travel and tour arrangements for the Managing Director. Air tickets, Hotel bookings etc,
– Maintenance of records & files
– Maintaining MD’s appointment.
– Making arrangements for the meetings.
– Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
