Job Description:
Should have hands-on experience in bulk and complex recruitment. Needs to have a proven track record of managing and developing large teams.
Experience in handling international clients will be preferred.Needs to have strong analytical skills
Should be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ensure that SLA’s are not only met but are also over achieved for various projects. Focus on the continuous betterment of the framework and resources of a project. Required to take care of the hiring, training etc for any new project. Discuss and resolve any issues or escalations with the project managers. Will need to work in close collaboration with their onsite counterparts and therefore will have to ensure that they are kept abreast of any change in plans or other issues. Will need to develop and maintain relations with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth flow of process. Will be responsible for the development and improvement of all associates in his team. Will lead a team of managers and develop and identify the key players in the team.
