The role of the system administrator will involve working with the internal team of developers / designers.

You will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining and administering IT System and Server Infrastructure and Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.

Job Requirements:-

– In depth knowledge in Linux / Unix, and Web application Servers
– Install / Configure availability Servers and related Infrastructure in accordance with standards and project / Operational requirements.
– Monitor performance of virtual Servers and allocate resource in the virtual environment to support web applications.
– Advanced database administration skills including backups/restores.
– Perform regular security monitoring to identify and possible intrusions.
– Perform daily backup operations and implement disaster recovery plan for IT Systems.
– Repair and recover from system failures, Coordinate and Communicate with external Suppliers.
– Assist in the planning, Design, Documentation and Implementation of various System to Desktop PC’s Servers and Network equipment.
– makes Recommendations for New equipment and Services to Purchase and works with various Vendors for Procurement.
– Automate Regular Operational Tasks Using Shell Scripts.
– Provide technical Leadership for the Organization.

Typical Experience:-

– Degree in Computing, IT or Equivalent.
– Minimum 3 years of ICT Industry Experience i Hardware, Networking and Handling Systems.
– Good Knowledge in Programming technologies (XHTML, CSS and Java Script wit jQuery)
