IT Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENT:
– Provide system support and guidance to end users.
– Attend service desk calls in an efficient and courteous manner and resolve issues.
– Follow up services tickets and issue with end users until resolved and keep track of it.
– Identify and escalate matters which requires urgent attention.
– Coordinate issues with team members to provide a better support.
– Able to work on weekends.
– Work under minimum supervision.
– Willingness to self-learn the systems through training programs. Very good phone etiquette.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
– AnIT related Diploma / HND preferably
– Fair Knowledge in web applications and databases would be an added advantage.
– Previous experience as a system support assistant would be an added advantage.
– Required self-learning, Problem solving, analytical and Communications skills.
