LEADS is a national faith based NGO operating island wide, with a focus on participatory rural development, child centred community development, relief and child protection projects.

The selected candidate will be required to maintain and enhance the Organisations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programmes and practices.

Some of the key responsibilities of the HR manager would be as follows:

– To coordinate with the respective department/ district office and provide the necessary HR services accordingly.
– Manage the activities undertaken to attract, develop, motivate and maintain a high performing workforce.
– Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures.
– To manage an effective information system.
– To manage & develop the HR team

The ideal candidate should have a either a degree with Syears experience or a diploma 10 years experience in the similar capacity. Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team. Experience in dealing with labour matters is essential.
