We invite applications from qualified individuals for the post of Human Resources Manager (I vacancy) and Sales and Marketing Executives (2 vacancies).
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent communication skills in English and other local languages,
– Possess a Bsc / BAJ Diploma in HR Management or Management from a recognized University/institution,
– Preferred age above 30 years with a minimum of S years experience In the HR department.
RESPONSIBILITY:
– Recognize and act on the manpower requirements of the organisation.
– Manage a performance based incentive system and oversee training and development procedures.
– Maintain other HR Administration requirements and extend the strategic direction of the HR Division.
SALES and MARKETING EXECUTIVES
REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent communication skills in English and other local languages with strong numerical and analytical skills.
– Possess educational background consisting of minimum 3 GCE A Level passes with at least 4 years experience in sales. Professional qualification in sales and marketing from a recognized university or institution will be of distinctive advantage.
– Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
– Preferred age below 28 years with a valid riding/driving license.
RESPONSIBILITY:
– Conduct market sales research and analytics and be up to date with industry developments.
– Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships that contribute towards sales growth.
– Attend to basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales division.
The selected candidates for the positions will be offered attractive remuneration packages on, par with industry standards.
Sales & Marketing executives will additionally receive sales commission and on the job training.
