We are the most aggressive and successful Industrial tire manufacturer in Sri Lanka. Our business consists of exporting industrial tires worldwide. We are looking for suitable qualified and experienced high caliber candidate to fill the following position at our Company.
Human Resource Manager
Highly competent individual between 35-45 years, for immediate employment with extensive experience in the manufacturing and export industry along with a professional qualification to our factory located at Badalgama, 19 km away from Negombo on Negombo -Giriulla Road.
Ideal Candidate should be:
A person with a HR Degree from a recognized university or PQHRM from IPM or Advanced Diploma in HRM from NIBM. Postgraduate diploma certificate in HRM will be an added qualification.
– With the ability to work independently and inter personal skills.
– With minimum 05 years’ experience in the field of which 3 years should preferably be at senior management level.
– A logical and analytical minded person with effective, polite communication skills and fluency in English and Sinhala languages is a prerequisite.
– A smart, intelligent, hardworking and outgoing personality.
– With ability to lead employees to handle multiple tasks and willing to work long hours.
– With capacity -building and training ability.
– With strong planning, organizing, coordinating and negotiation skills and ability to plan works and prioritize tasks.
– Experience in handling labour related matters with good knowledge in Labour law.
– With ability to work under stress and to deadlines.
– With advanced computer skills in word and excel and computerized attendance and payroll systems.
– Prefer a resident at a close proximity to Badalgama ,Gampaha District.
