The company has the following vacancy and seeks suitable applications:
Executive – Finance Operations (Credit and Collection)
Required Skills and Experience:
– Coordinate with corporate sales team regards to all activation related matters
– Dealer Credit monitoring 8. ensure all activations are credit approved / deposits collected.
– Establish and maintain professional relationships with corporate customers in order to effectively manage collection activities and resolve issues in a timely manner.
– Handling of credit & payment related issues and inquiries.
– Initiates timely and consistent follow-up calls on overdue customer accounts
– Ensure compliance with the Corporate Credit Policy
– Supports other credit and collection activities as requested by Senior Manager
– Meet team deadlines, KPl’s and objectives
Academic Qualifications:
– Part qualification in credit management / accounting.
– Two years of direct experience in Credit & collection functions preferably in telecommunication industry.
– Proficiency with MS Office 8. good analytical skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
– Ability to apply analytical data to the customer account review process
– Quick understanding of company goals
– Ability to start immediately
