The person should have prior experience of corporate sales preferably Group Insurance and is from competition.
The KRA is as under
– To identify and develop corporates for Group Insurance viz Group term Life, EDLI., Gratuity and Pension schemes
– To service existing key clients of above schemes
– To Manage key accounts on a day to day basis.
– To prospect new accounts for team and fund business
– To manage broker relationship.
