A leading GSA for Passenger & Cargo are currently looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the following vacancy.
Accounts Assistant Female
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
• Part Qualification in AAT or ICASL
• Minimum of 1 -2 year experience is essential
• Working knowledge of English
• Hands on experience in Oracle or similar accounting package
• Experience in the service sector and knowledge on tax would be an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
THE JOB ROLE WOULD INCLUDE:
• Transaction coding and entering
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Raising customer invoices for credit sales and applying receipts obtained from customers against relevant invoices & following up on debtors
• Preparation of cheque payments and payment vouchers based on credit terms
• Coordinating daily banking function which includes preparing deposits summary sheet and following up on deposits
• Preparation of daily/weekly reports and supporting schedules for monthly accounts
