Senior Manger – Internal Audit (Sri Lanka)

Requirements:
A degree in the filed of Accounting or management from a recognized University with part qualification in ICASL/ CIMA/ ACCA & Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a Financial Institution or any other similar organization. OR Passed G.C.E(A/L) with full qualification of ICASL/ CIMA/ ACCA & Minimum 7 years of Managerial experience in Financial Institution or any other similar organization.
– Ability to assess all risks in different production area. Good knowledge of organization structure and internal controls.
– Ability to review the adequacy & effectiveness of all managerial decisions and acting.
– Ability to make recommendations for improvements.
– Computer literacy analytical skills & Should be a good team player.
– Demonstrated initiative autonomy & Sound judgment.
– Ability to travel island wide undertake special investigations.
– Ability to recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk & defenses observations.
Age – preferred 25 – 40
Attractive remuneration package, negotiable according to skills, capacity and experience.
