Colombo Fort Hotels Ltd (holding company of Sigiriya Village-Sigiriya, The Palms-Beruwala, Club Palm Bay-Marawila & Bay Beach-Weligama) is in search of suitably qualified, dedicated individual for immediate employment based at Sigiriya Village

Secretary

• Minimum 4 — 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Company, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• The ideal candidate should be above 30 years of age.
• Computer skills in MS Office, Internet and E-mail are mandatory.
• Fluency in English oral, written & reading.
• Successful candidate will be given attractive remuneration with food & accommodation in the hotel premises.

Guest Relations Executive

• Minimum 4 -5 years experience in a similar capacity
• Age below 35 years
• Should be fluent in English with good communication skills
• Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and hotel standards.
• Be willing to greeting guests, handle guests checking in & check out, providing information on hotel amenities or guest services.
• Handle all guest complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the guests. Ensure that no guest checks out of our properties dissatisfied.
• Must be adaptable and flexible to various work conditions.
• Excellent oral, listening, writing and coaching skills and computer knowledge
• Providing professional and personalized services to all guests, especially VIP’s, long stay and repeat guests.
• Maintain good relations with all other departments.
• Must be flexible with duty hours and be able to work in the weekends.

Receptionist

• Past experience is required
• Age below 25 years
• Good communication skills
• Good rapport with clients in person and on the phone
• Proper telephone etiquette
• Fluency in English
• Computer knowledge would be an added advantage
