Manager Warehouse
Job Profile:
• Maintains receiving, warehousing / inventory control, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing proper SOP compliance, policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts & stock verification; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts including planning future capacity requirements.
• Managing distribution operational requirements by scheduling / planning and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Producing reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Attributes
• Age between 35 to 40
• Possessing a Degree /diploma in Supply chain Management from a recognized university/Institute will be preferred.
• Minimum 05 years of working experience in similar capacity, with a telecommunication background will be given preference.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Being a team player and strong networking skills.
• Strong command in English and Sinhala Languages.
