Job Description:
– Must have working knowledge of Labour Laws, specific to Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act. ESIC, Bonus, Maternity Benefits, Gratuity , Profession Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Workmen Compensation Act etc.
– Must have expert knowledge of computing the Employer and Employees Contribution under various Labour Laws specifically under PF, ESIC, Profession Tax and LWF.
– Must have through knowledge of all applicable forms under various applicable laws inclusive of Laws.
– Must have complete knowledge of schedules of remittances and filing of various returns under all the applicable Labour Laws.
– Must have expert knowledge of Gratuity, Bonus and Overtime.
– Must have through knowledge of all the provisions of Contract Labour Act and rules made therein.
– Must have expert knowledge of preparing and maintaining of various registersrecords as prescribed under the Contract Labour Act. Also should know the applicable registers under the States Shop & Establishment Acts.
– Must have through exposure of attending and convincing auditors during the Vendor Audits
– Must know about the applicability of various licenses and registrations and how to obtain them under various applicable Labour Laws.
