Vacancy – Human Resources Manager
Our client is a Division, belonging to one of the region’s largest suppliers of Intimate apparel and Active-wear, which has associated with strategic vendors such as Victoria’s Secret, Nike and M&S.
Having selected you will be attached to their newest plant in Kilinochchi.
To be successful you should be either from Wanni are or should be ready to get stationed in Kilinochchi.
Competency-fit
As the HR Manager, you are expected to be dependable, empathetic, organized and thorough on best HR practices.
The ideal candidate should be with a proven track record in HRM and ideally with an exposure to the apparel / manufacturing sector.
Eligibility:
To be successful you will need to possess:
– A sound educational background, ideally a bachelor’s degree in HRM or qualified in PQHRM(IPM) / Advanced Diploma in HRM (NIBM).
– At least 10 years of total experience in Human Resource Management.
– Strong leadership and communicational skills with a good command in Tamil and English.
