Job Description:
Contributes to producing detailed designs in power, mining and industry sectors. Assist in interpreting client requirements and in developing design solutions. Assist in developing and implementing planning and design processes.
Assist in design documentation Carry out design tasks to meet agreed outcomes Meticulous attention to detail in all design tasks Assist and mentor graduates in design tasks Promote compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures. Highly motivated, and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision. Apply engineering judgment in developing solutions. Committed to personal and professional development. Guide and mentor graduates to build their technical capability. Good communication skills at all levels, both in oral presentations and written reports.
