Company Secretary

Job Profile:

• Convening Board meetings in compliance with Company Act and CBSL directions.
• Coordinating with other divisions and preparation of Board papers & circulating to the Board of Directors.
• Recording decisions taken at Board meetings and providing extracts to the relevant divisions expediously for implementation and ensure safe custody of the records both in physical and soft form.
• Maintenance & up-dating of all relevant Registers.
• Coordinating with the Registrar of Companies and complying with statutory requirements.
• Providing support and guidance to the Directors with respect to their duties and responsibilities in order to assist in discharging their duties effectively.

Candidate Profile:

• Attorney – at- Law / Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of UK, registered with Registrar of Companies.
• 03 years post qualifying experience is preferable.

Upper age limit is 57 years. If the successful candidate is above 45 years he/she will be recruited on contract basis.
