The Role
– Work in close collaboration with the CEO to design and articulate company strategy to lead
Industry trends.
– Translate strategic goals into tactical strategies and aggressively drive operations on achievement.
– Drive the Annual Financial Planning along with periodic reviews and proactive monitoring mechanisms.
– Support the CEO by delving new project developments with efficient turn around times and ROI.
– Develop lucrative, innovative strategies to increase efficiencies in all aspects of the business with key focus on cost optimization.
– Maintain healthy relationships whilst ensuring that the business operation meets all respective regulatory compliances.
– Constantly evaluate opportunities across the Group by leveraging on group synergies.
– Create @ paradigm shift in the business by promoting a culture that is resilient to change and sensitive to customer needs across the hierarchy,
– Supports the CEO to create effective, open communication channels and monitor effectiveness of those channels.
– Strive to build a sense of positive spirit, morale and collaboration within and across the business.
– Build organization capability by promoting an inspiring learning culture.
The Requirements
– A Minimum of 10 years of work experience at a senior level in the retail industry,
– Degree In Business Administration or relevant field.
– MBA from a reputed university will be an added advantage.
– Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, PR, Finance, Project planning etc.
– In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
– An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills,
– Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
