The Management seeks to hire a resourceful and enterprising professional to join the team. The successful candidate should meet the below criteria.
Qualification:
• Should possess a master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration and/or a professional member of CIMA/ACCA/CMA or ICASL with business experience in partnering with an executive team and 10+ years of work experience. Should possess experience in a financial leadership or equivalent role preferably in an Investment Bank or the financial services sector.
The Role:
• Will be responsible to direct and manage the overall finance & accounting function of the Group and propose initiatives to the executive management and the board of directors on growth opportunities and business activities mainly by ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accuracy and by forecasting and advising risk factors.
• Strong ability to develop, implement and monitor the organization’s financial goals to meet the overall business plan by providing leadership for continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Ability to assure the company of a continuously sound and stable financial accounting structure. Implement and maintain financial controls and systems within the business and recommend potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures while ensuring good governance procedures.
• Possess an acute understanding of corporate needs across equity and debt / capital markets and assist to strategize and shape the overall business plan by directing and instilling a financial approach mind set throughout the organization.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
