Job Responsibility:-

We are currently assisting Sitecore set up a world-class development team in Malaysia.

For this team we are currently looking for QA Engineers.

In this role you world be:

• Responsible for .11 test lifecycle including writing test plans, test cases, writing automated tests in C# and/or other programming languages and test automation tools, preparing test environments, executing tests, reporting and tracking the bugs.
• Assess the quality of a product from a functional and non-functional perspective (usability, security, performance, scalability).
• Participate in product development and be active in capturing the facts and details of the product design.
• As a part of testing troubleshoot the issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain automated tests that must be executed on a regular basis.
• Report on the current status on quality / bugs in a product / project.
• Working closely with the developers as well as other QA engineers.
• Understand business requirements and design tests to ensure that the requirements are met.
• Develop custom solutions to enable effective test management frameworks.
• Design and execution of the test cases and the test plans.
• Analyzing test results and creating test reports for every test iteration.
• Providing accurate time estimates of planned work.
• Safeguarding the quality of product documentation.
• Take part and contribute in the decision making process to decide if the product is ready to be released.
• Following Sitecore quality and engineering best practices.

Qualifications:-

• At least 5 years of professional work experience in QA domain.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on working experience in Selenium WebDriver is compulsory.
• Quality awareness, self-motivation, and problem solving skills (the ability to think out of the box).
• Experience in programming language, preferably in C# will be a great advantage.
• Sound knowledge of relational and unstructured databases and the different aspects of working with .net.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in developing test automation.
• Familiar with enterprise/cloud architecture and platforms as Amazon EC2 or Windows Azure.
• Understand SLA and availability over performance.
• Background as a DevOps and/or Developer will be considered an advantage
• Willingness to adapt to changes in a fast growing environments with miltiple and new technologies.

Remarks

• This is a permanent position.
• You will not be required to travel for this role.
• We work 5 days a week.
