Manager – Recruitment
The Person:
Dynamic, innovative and efficient enabler with excellent inter personal skills to deal with multidisciplinary personalities. Good listening, convincing and negotiation skills. Most be target or erred and thorough knowledge in effective communication through social media. Willingness and flexibility to work in any part of the country on project base.
The Job:
– Managing and leading the entire recruitment process of the Sales Force within given constraints
– Development of innovative recruitment mechanisms and implement successful
– Analysis of target markets based on diversified recruitment needs and on of tailor-made programmes for exceptional results
– Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external parties for better results
– Accomplishment of weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment KPIs
Qualifications:
A Degree or equal educational qualifications from a recognized University/Institution. Excellent communication skills both in Sinhala and Tamil is essential and fluency in English is also a musk Relevant professional qualifications in HR, Project Management, Mass Media and Marketing would be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity/jab functions in organizing and executing productive mass recruitment campaigns.
