Job Details:
– Facilitate Preferred Employer project.
– Conduct TNI and prepare training calar.
– Plan and Organize leadership Development program.
– Finalize the training content, conduct training sessions, identify internal and external trainers.
– Training MIS.
Candidate Profile:
– PG with Specialization in HR.
– Min 12 – 18 years in Managerial capacity in an IT/Telecom/FMCG Setup.
– Exp, ss and knowledge in T and D/ Employee Engagement/ Leadership Management.
– Developing People.
– Ability to set, monitor and manage deadlines.
