You will have responsibility for the smooth running of our office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new ideas.

– Organize, manage day to day office administration work
– Help in recruitments, HR activities of employees
– Administrative support to the Overseas administrative staff
– Staff management
– Attend, answer calls, emails of clients
– Management of support staff, security guards and the house keeping.
– Set up of meetings, phone calls and video conferencing facilities.
– Supervising usage of stationery, office equipment along with house keeping, office automation, office administration and Vendor Management.

Experience : 5 – 8 Years
