Job Description:
The new role of Image Processing Manager will ensure that all image processing requirements are completed and routine communication with suppliers (photographers) is carried out efficiently and effectively. The job entails supporting the photo editing process. Regular reporting and monitoring of routine tasks / projects will be part of the job holder’s responsibility.
Key Result Areas
1. Support achieving desired standards in photo editing
2. Manage and carry out all steps within image processing. i.e. supporting selection. scanning, uploading, retrieval and invoicing
3. Ensure timely delivery of images to customers and distributors
4. Ensure regular communication to photographers and enlarge the supply base
5. Operate the image sales platform. i.e. Capture and ensure it is run optimally
6. Provide regular support to help sales achieve their targets
7. Prepare invoices for sales completion
