Branch Manager – Matugama Branch
• Ideal candidates should have a minUniun of 05 years’ experience in Leasing R: Hire Purchase / Loan Products.
• Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing / Credit will be considered as an added advantage.
Above mentioned candidates should possess the following attributes in common.
• Dynamic individuals with smart & outgoing personalities with high self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English / Sinhala and ability to converse in Tamil be an added advantage
• Good presentation skills & negotiation skills
• Familiar with local regulatory and operating environment
• Be a team player with people management skills
• Capacity to accept responsibilities
