Job Details:
– This role is primarily responsible for managing the day to day operations of the HR office.
– He has to manage the administration of the HR policies,procedures and programs ,recruitment, HRIS,Employee relations,organizational development.

– Payroll Management/Leave management.
– Performance management system and appraisals.
– Monthly HR MIS report generation.
– Joining and Exit formalities.
