Training Manager
The selected candidate should be able to operate independently and still be a team player…. with an outgoing personality with the ability to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate should:
– Posses at least 3 years experience in a similar job in a reputed hotel.
– Be professionally qualified and be thorough with hotel operations.
– Posses’ excellent presentation skills and have a passion to impart knowledge and skills.
– Be an excellent communicator in both English and Sinhala.
– Consider coaching & counselling. Mentoring 8. leadership as strong competencies.
Job Summary:
The Training Manager will co-ordinate training activities in our property & strive towards having highly professional teams to deliver quality products and services to our guests.
Providing necessary training on attitudes, skills & knowledge to the teams to improve their competencies and thereby provide superior service to guests is his responsibility, to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of all functions so that the guests receive the “ultimate” experience for the duration of their stay.
He/she works under the general guidance of the General Manager, within the guidelines of the Policies and Procedures of Mount Lavinia Group of Hotels
