Job Description:
– A solid hardware design experience including digital and analog.
– Software/firmware knowledge
– PCB layout and product packaging knowledge
– Proven track record in successfully managing product development/projects with quality results and on-time project delivery.
– Proven track record in managing small teams consisting hardware, software, PCB and mechanical designers
– Knowledge of EMI/EMC and UL regulatory requirements preferred.
– Excellent communication skills
– Must possess a “can do”, aggressive attitude.
– Must be a proven leader, hands-on, articulate, people oriented, result oriented, always gets things done.
– Must possess the knack of innovative new products being in touch with market and customers.
Experience : 10 – 20 years
