Job Description:
M.E. Mechanical Aerospace Engineering with 3 to 5 Years or B.E. Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 6 years in an automotive aerospace company.
Strong knowledge in FEA analysis including linear static, transient dynamic analysis, modal analysis, aero acoustics and non linear structural analysis. Exposure to basic CFD analysis and recent advancements in CAE and FEA technology.
Exposure to refinement of FE models by physical testing. Experience in turbo machinery positive displacement pumps and heat transfer. Perform 3-D FEA Simulation studies of positive displacement compressors involving complex geometry structures. Provide suggestions on design changes for efficiency improvements and size reduction. Apply FEA simulations on existing and products under development to ensure correlation between test and simulation wherever required.
Assist in the design, validation tasks and applications required to meet the CAE and FEA needs and make proposals for improvement and or innovation as necessary. Support the internal design production teams on field failure resolution through engineering analysis. Support knowledge management initiatives and share the acquired knowledge and best practices across the design, manufacturing and quality teams.
Assist in implementing systems and design automation to improve the effectiveness of the design process.
