Proposals has responsibility for co-ordinating and managing the estimating team and preparation of all pricing input into tenders and responsible for the quality and accuracy of the cost estimates produced
Must be a Mechanical Engineer with minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas Proposals experience preferably with previous fabrication and construction projects experience . Candidate shall lead the areas of Business Development, Tendering & Estimation.
