Timex and Fergasam Group is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high Fashion garments to the leading markets in the Eu and USA and the brand owner of high street fashion Lable Avirate. with our unprecedented growth both in Sri Lanka and Overseas during the past 10 years.
Timex and Fergasam Group has already commenced construction of twin apparel factories in the Manner Industrial zone and we are ready to commence the operations by January.
We are the first BOI approved apparel manufacturer to enter the Mannar region in line with the development policy farme work under ” Uthuru Wasanthaya” programme.
We are now in thes earch for the services of a dynamic and pragmatic professional with
exceptional capabilities to join our newly emerging Mannar manufacturing plant.
Human Resources Manager
A Professional with excellent academic records, preferably with a degree from a recognized University / diploma in Human Resources Management from IPM or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity (working in a garment industry is a must)
Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with the all modern HR strategies and administration procedures.
Knowledge and skills in Man Power planning and recruitment, training and development procedures, salaries and wages administration, performance appraisal systems and disciplinary strategy
Ability to motivate others around you and demand the very best should come naturally to you as a role model of the organization.
Age below 45 years
Excellent command of oral/written English and Tamil is mandatory
