A leading marketing technology company serving markets around the globe is looking to recruit a Human Resource Analyst for its Back Office Validation Center in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The company’s core business involves addressing today’s and tomorrow’s most significant problems in retail operations, cooperating globally with top tier manufacturers and retailers through state of the art image recognition technology supporting the sales force in the field with Real Time information.
Human Resource Analyst – 01
Core job responsibilities & requirements:
* Research, analyze, and present data as assigned.
* Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates and metrics.
* Meet with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities.
* Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs.
* Employee relations
* Monitoring employee performance
Preferred Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR
* Professional qualification in HR
* Strong communication skills and able to build effective relationship
* Sound computer skills, including competence in PPT
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* Detail oriented and organized
