Job Description:
Experienced IT Recruitment with experience in Domestic Staffing (Contract Permanent Hires), with excellent communication and writing skills.
– Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment life cycle.
– Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.
– Should be able to source profiles through sources like Groups, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Job portals Job boards extensively and efficiently.
– Good level of experience to deal with candidates professionally.
– Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
– Expertise in Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets, Interview coordination, Selection and On Boarding Process.
– Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such information of candidates.
– Eager to Learn New Technologies and trend in the upcoming market
– Having positive attitude towards work, should be a good team player.
