Genius – Corporate Planning – Level 02/03 (Equivalent to Executivel Managerial level)
Job role
– Identify and report strategic opportunities for the organization (Internal and external)
– Identify methods for conversion of business strategies into executable initiatives
– Identify and implementation of risk mitigation initiatives
– Support in launching operational processes
– Carryout Commercial Credit’s Social Responsibility activities and ensure success of same
– Support in building awareness and recognition of the company as a corporate entity
– Support in building confidence and develop reputation of the company with investors, regulators and society-at-large
– Capture and map channel opportunities for products, services and marketing communications
Requirements:
– Degree from a recognized university
– CIMA passed finalist
– At least 2 years experience in corporate planning
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work within and contribute effectively to a high-performing team
