Opportunity to Join the Pioneers in Regional Industrialization Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens of Sri Lanka for the following post:
Post of Consultant – Training and Development
Educational Qualification and Experience:
* Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or any other related field
* Trained in CEFE / SIYB Methodology will be an added advantage
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field
The Main Functions shall be:
• Canvassing Training Programmes, related Assignments and Projects to ISB Training Division
• Identifying new avenues for Training Division
• Organizing Training Programmes, Coordinating & Conducting Seminars and Workshops
• Marketing training related services / assignments among the Donor Community
• Preparation of Project Reports and Feasibility Studies
General Requirements:
• Age below 35 years
• Very good command in English language with oral and written skills (Proposal & Report Writing)
• Computer literacy (MS Office & Email)
• Should have an outgoing personality and flair for hard working and dedication for duty
• One year contract – renewable, Renewal or making permanent will depend on performance
Remuneration & Fringe Benefits:
* Consultants’ grade will be JM 1-1-2006-A & he will be benefited by the approved Government allowances plus cost of living
* Selected Candidates will be covered by Medical & Workmen’s Compensation Insurance
