Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager (Wattala /Kollupitiya)
– Qualification: G-CE A/L
– Preferred Age: Below 35 years
Experience:
– Manage day to day operations of the restaurant.
– Create an ideal ambience by implementing promotional initiatives.
– Minimum two years’ experience operating a coffee lounge/ restaurant.
– Working knowledge on point of sale system is required.
– Friendly and outgoing personality with outstanding communication and PR skills.
– Reconcile and manage raw materials, finished goods stocks, cash, rejects and variences.
Salary: Negotiable
