Job Details:
– 2 – 4 yrs experienced personnel in Application support of .Net or C# application.
– Able to understand reported requirements/issues from various regions and resolve thru native application and related tools.
– Involve in Installation, Implementation configuration, customizations and engineering support in 24×7 environments.
– Work with Product teams, Customers, Internal teams to deliver high quality and on-time service to achieve agreed SLAs and related status reporting.
– Develop best practices and Contribute to the MS delivery methodology.
Candidate Profile:
– Experience :2 -8 Above.
– Education : BE , MCA
– Preferred format : Ms Word
– Strong Technical and Analytical ss to understand Application flows, business objectives, ability to interact with customers,do gap analysis of requirements vs. product/services
Feature and recomm timely solutions.
– Demonstrate customer management ss, provide satisfactory services.
– Willingness to travel for short durations on global client engagements.
