GNS Inc. is seeking an SEO Manager.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible to ute and manage and support Online Marketing programs that drive new traffic and increase sales of Company and Client’s Websites as required.

– Create and submit reports for SEO daily activities.
– Research New Technologies and vors.
– Use and work with latest technologies and tools.
– Continuously monitor the industry trs to stay on top on Google Search Results.
– Using web tools to track site traffic, rankings, and ultimately sales.
– Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted.
– Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues.
– Assisting in layout of web pages when required.
– Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales.
– Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies.
– Creating and reviewing regular sales reports for various online sites and promotions.
– Researching keywords using Google, Overture, WordTracker and internal tools.

Manage and Perform Internet Marketing with:

– Links
– Blogs
– Forums
– Social-Media etc. on different sites.
– And every other new technology that is upcoming and ongoing.
– Manage Promotion of sites on Internet.
– Traffic Analysis.
– Off Page and On Page Optimization.
– Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Optimization.
– Manage and perform the following SEO Activities.
– Group generation of any online community.
– Search and device good strategy to get relevant traffic.
– Local listing knowledge.
– Knowledge of SEO tools/Google Analytics is a must to carry out daily SEO/SMO activities.
– Continue to refine SEO strategy.
– Track, report, and analyze SEO performance on a daily basis.
– Etc etc….

Candidate Profile:

– Should be able to conceptualize, draft, ute and maintain SEO – Frily Website.
– Basic knowledge of HTML
– Good knowledge of Internet, Search and Social Media Networking.
– Familiarity with SEO Fundamentals.
– Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Link Building.
– Ability to do statistical analysis.
– Good aptitude and analytical ss.
– Must have Excellent English Communication Ss.
– Both Excellent Written and Spoken English Ss.
– Ability to focus on work, Quick learner and willing to learn new things.
– Disciplined, Energetic and Initiative.
– Should be a keen observer, Should have a positive attitude.
– Ability to work indepently, Should be a team player.
– Passionate and Target Driven, Willing to deliver under pressure, Hard Working and committed.

Work Experience:

– 2+ year Experience in Internet based service industry.
– Experience in Internet Browsing and Research.
– Candidate should have at least 2 year experience In Search Engine optimization and Social Media Optimization.
– Good knowledge of on page and off page Optimization Techniques.
– Understanding of Search Engines.
– Good knowledge of submission for Directories, Articles, Blogs, classifieds, press release, comments etc.
– Good knowledge and experience of link building, link exchange, SMO and Blogging Techniques, Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Linkedin, Youtube and other social media sites.
– Preparing SEO Reports.
– Knowledge of HTML and general website development.

Necessary Requirement:

– Bachelor’s or higher degree.
– Strong Microsoft Excel ss.
– Strong analytical and communication ss.
– Ability to work towards common goals in a multi-country sales environment experience in MNCs preferred.
– Ability to work well within a team environment as well as individually.
– Good analytical ss, Excellent verbal and written communication ss, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Search Engine Optimization and management, Effective with an enthusiastic work ethic, Knowledge of online marketing, and search engine optimization industry is a must.
– Good knowledge about Static and Dynamic Website optimization and Results.
– Aware of Status of Websites, Initial Traffic Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Articles Writing.
– Ability to handle projects indepently.
– Reasonable technical ss: able to work with spreadsheets.
– Must be fluent in English {read, write and speak}.
– Excellent Internet and computer ss.
– Knowledge of online marketing and search engine optimization.
– Clear understanding of SEO.
– Proficient in the use of Internet Explorer and other browsers, Word, Outlook, Excel.
– Knowledge and experience with HTML and Excel.
– Internet industry experience required.
– Ability to learn new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments.
