Senior Web Developer (Colombo)

Summary:
EIGHT25MEDIA, a fast-paced, US based interactive agency, is looking for a Web Developer to become part of growing team in Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
As part of the Engineering Team you would be responsible for coding, and integration of designs into open source or custom CMS platforms.
Technical Requirements:
– 2 + years experience
– Proficiency in PHP/MySQL
– Proficiency in XHTML/HTML, CSS and Java Script.
– Excellent communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Troubleshooting skills
– Must work well under tight deadlines.
Desired Skills:
– Working knowledge of different browser rendering engines
– Experience with client-side interactive frameworks (e.g jQuery, prototype)
– Working knowledge of PHP or at least one server-side Scripting Language
– Understanding of Object-oriented Programmimg
– CMS experience (e.g, WordPress, magento)
