We are an internationally reputed BOI approved rubber products manufacturing company in Piliyandala. catering exclusively to the export market. With our new expansion, we are looking at a self -motivated and result oriented personnel to be a part of our team.
We wish to employ a NDT (Mechanical) qualified person with experience in Rubber technology, with 5 to 10 years’ experience, to be responsible for the Development works of the Research & Development Department of the Company. Diploma in N. C. T (Polymer Science) would be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and R & D Manager and would be responsible for development of new products, testing and improvement of formulae and liaising with international and national research centers. He should also be capable of suggesting and implementing continuous improvement programs that would result in the factory improving and innovation on existing production processes as well as produce additional products.

– Remuneration Not less than Rs. 75,000/- (will depend on qualifications and experience
