Job Description:
Heading legal activities in support of Marketing department Drafting contracts of Sales. Drafting legal letters and terms of conditions pertaining to sales of company products Guiding and supporting his legal team members. Employment related agreements like employment contracts. Review and drafting domestic contracts like Selling dealership agreements and other service agreements like franchisee agreements, business service agreements.
Vetting of networking contracts with vendors Standardizing the contracts, preparation of check list for negotiation of contracts, Periodically conducting compliance audit for contracts Drafting of Operation, Maintenance contracts, project contracts and International consultancy contracts, Project development contracts Assisting market department in negotiation with customers Guiding and advising the marketing department for legal strands and the steps to be taken with the customers and others related to sales process. Analysing and finding legal solutions in times of bottle necks, related to legal issues during negotiation.
Experience : 8 – 13 Years
