Job Description:
– Supervises and coordinates activities of Restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to Guests
– Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
– Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.
– The incumbent will be responsible to co ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth & effective running of operations and to ensure better performance.
– Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
– Understand the standards of hotel and ensure the same are maintained.
– Hours of work will be on the basis of shifts and hotel needs.
