Job Description:
– Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and creating Wows at every interaction with the guest.
– Anticipate guest needs and exceed the specific needs during their stay, inorder to ensure repeat visits to the hotel.
– Taking Check in Check out of guests, prepare reg cards, meet & greet guests at every possible opportunity to enhance guest satisfaction and solicit guest feedback on their stay in the hotel through EGCC.
– The incumbent will be responsible to co ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth & effective running of operations and to ensure better performance.
– Understand the standards of the hotel and ensure the same are maintained.
– Hours of work will be on the basis of shifts and hotel needs.
