With its high quality products, there is significant opportunity to enhance market share and profitability and talented and exceptional Senior Executive with flair and imagination is sought to over-see the factory located in the outstation, leading and driving over 1,000 employees within an environment of continuous improvement.
General Manager
Joining the Management Team and reporting to the Directors, the role involves leading cross functional department in apparel production & technical, merchandising, and marketing, budgeting & cost controlling. Driven by customer excellence, the position offers a challenging opportunity to lead and drive people and strategies within a dynamic environment.
With firm commitment to execute responsibilities entrusted, efficiently and effectively the selected candidate will,
• realize the potential of the factory within this expanding market sector and recommend, appropriate strategies and their implementations for the development of the company’s market share through increased competitiveness
• take an overall view and strategically optimize resources for the development and diversification of the factory
• take full responsibility for managing the business in a manner that secures sustainable and profitable growth
• enhance operational effectiveness by developing processes and procedures which meet the best practice in all aspects of the factory activities.
40-50 years of age, Graduate caliber within a marketing or manufacturing discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably within the apparel sector is ideal but not essential.
To effectively function in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal, presentation, management and financial management skills. And must have command over oral
