Skills Required
• Ability to lead, guide and motivate a team
• Strong business judgment and a balanced mix of effective communication, and negotiation.
• Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.
• Effective time management skills for timely delivery of required results.
• Very good organization skills for effective management of various functions to achieve organizational goals
Qualifications:-
• Degree in Business/Engineering or relevant professional qualifications Experience
• Minimum 05 years at a Managerial level, essentially in production with in-depth knowledge of the production process from fabric inspection to finishing and packing
