– He must have refined skills in public relations
– Candidate must be aware of the management functions and have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and passengers
– He must be able to check the cost control reports and be fully aware of the internal organization of a catering department. Should have handled the responsibility of a F and B Supervisor with complete understanding of operations.
– Studies F and B activities to provide advisory services to operating managers.He must have sound knowledge of food & Beverage products.
– Supervises the functions of the department, employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day to day basis.
