CyberLMJ is on the lookout for a Business Analyst. Primary responsibility of the role is to study and understand the
business vision to provide solutions with increased usability and to improve the developer experience.

Responsibilities

– Elicit requirements to identify business needs
– Analyze requirements to understand the design implications and determine whether the requirements are clear, complete, consistent, unambiguous, and resolving any apparent conflicts
– Record requirements using use cases
– Demonstrate and continually increase understanding of interaction design principles
– Improve the usability of the design with each release
– Design solutions that will resolve usability issues
– Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
– Analyze requirements to identify impacts, conflicts, or opportunities
– Develop functional designs
– Conduct requirement sessions with developers and QA team

Skills and Requirements:

– A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any other related major or equivalent experience
– 3+ years experience in IT industry
– Good knowledge of Web Applications and Social Networking domain
– Good communication skills both verbal and written
– Excellent attention to detail
