Associates – Freshers
lnbound and Outbound Customer Service Processes (Cards Ops / e-Banking/ Outbound Recoveries).
Key competencies include strong communication skills — Verbal (all three languages; English / Sinhalal Tamil) and written English with effective listening skills.
Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, MS Excel and knowledge of Banking Industry and Customer Service is preferable.
All positions are on full time basis and flexible to work in 24 X 7 environment.
